What LED Headlights
Done some night driving and watched the cars battery struggle to maintain itself. Soooo, wondering about replacing headlight bulbs for the above, any thoughts, advice, ridicule ???

Setup the lights against gates to begin with, beam pattern not equal to halogen bulbs, but below the chalk line I set. A trip out to a local back lane with spanner to adjust headlights slightly. Re-checked against line on gate when I got back.
The battery voltage doesn't drop even when driving at 1500 rpm (just above stall), no fear of battery voltage dropping pulled up in traffic or at lights. The bulbs are a success in regards power drain. Yes dimmer than standard, but not awful, difference between dipped and full beam not that significant, but does illuminate signs and catseye's in the distance. My worries over alternator sorted.
